I was in town today as we were busy waiting for a vehicle to have its air conditioning recharged. Being out in Asia previously I have a taste for Maki with one of my favourites being California Maki. But today decided that if I was trying this restaurant would try something new. Its the first time I have been in here before and although its a small restaurant and staff seem to be Polish they did seem to know they’re Sushi.
For £2.40 they do a 2 piece menu so I went with two Tamago (that’s the top left of the photo above) and Avocado with Karai sauce. Both were very tasty. The portions were a big bigger than I am used to as I normally have food half the size so I can just pick up with one sweep of the chopsticks for a mouth size chunk. Not complaining as the food was good and refreshing after a warm afternoon in Worcester town.
I followed with Chicken Katsu with rice and curry sauce. Reminded me of the afternoons (which was our mornings in Cebu after running our call centre) at Tokyo Joe’s a chain restaurant in the Philippines. The curry sauce was a little different as normally I don’t have it with Chicken Katsu. But was a welcomed meal all in all although at just under £10.00 it may put some people off but I like it and will be going back next time I am in Worcester city.
