Sari-Sari store (Convenience store) is next door run by in-laws offering daily essentials such as shampoo, washing powder, soft drinks, beer. We do not offer credit at the store so please pay as you go as refusal can offend.

    you say 125,000Peso for 12 month, so that means you want all of the year up front? Can a person just rent the place from you for one year paying month to month or sign a lease or something? thank you

      Its not P125k upfront its 2 months deposit + 1 month advance then you just run the last 3 months out at the end of the year.

          In the last three months you give notice and then you won’t need to pay rent from the final 3 months. As it’s taken from the initial deposit.
